At 元素, we believe that our strength will grow through our community.

We recently hosted our fifth Annual 目的 Day where 200 employees spent a day away from work focused on impacting the neighborhoods that they call home. While our team typically gathers together in downtown Indianapolis to work on projects and visit local nonprofit organizations, the day looked a bit different this year. 元素 additionally made donations to organizations focused on our three “Pillars of Giving” – 首页lessness & Housing, Youth Development, and Healthy Lifestyles. The donations were made to:
